Our property is not suitable for children over 12 months of age – running creek throughout property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage – there is outside under cover seating available for smokers.
Arrival from 2pm – Departure prior to 11am ( unless pre arranged prior to arrival )
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to first day of stay booked will be entitled to a full refund of deposit less a $50 cancellation admin fee.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less, and more than 14 days prior to first day of stay booked, will incur a loss of deposit and a $50 admin fee.
Cancellations notified 14 days or less prior to first day of stay booked will forfeit all monies paid.
Non arrival will be classed as a ‘no-show’ and full cost of stay will be transacted.
